CareCredit is a monthly payment program designed to pay for healthcare expenses.

CareCredit offers two types of plans:

1. No Interest Payments Plans                     2. Low Interest Payment Plans

• Phone
  You can also apply over the phone by calling (800) 677-0718 between 11am and 12 pm, EST and immediately find out if you are approved.
• In Person
  You can download and print the application. Then fill it out and bring it with you to your visit.
